By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are legally
capable of entering into a binding contract. Product descriptions, photographs, and prices are
prepared carefully, but minor variations in handmade food products may occur. Prices are
displayed in INR and may change without notice. Orders are subject to stock availability, and The
Golden Hump reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or
unforeseen circumstances, with refunds issued where applicable.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, holidays, or
events beyond our control. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only
for damaged, incorrect, leaked, or expired products reported within 24 hours of delivery with
photographs and preferably an unboxing video. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7
business days. Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided. The Golden
Hump LLP is not liable for spoilage resulting from improper storage or consumption after the
recommended shelf life. All website content, including logos, product names, photographs,

graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of The Golden Hump LLP and may not be reproduced
without written permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be
subject to the competent courts in Telangana.
