Every jar starts here, on our own land in Gajwel, with our own herd, tended by hands we know by name. Nothing outsourced, nothing hidden.
“Our cows decide our production. Not our sales targets.”
Kavvam-churned A2 ghee from our own desi cows. Limited by nature, never expanded by demand. When it runs out, we wait. So should you.
Plus beta-carotene, phospholipids & gangliosides, and a far better omega-3:6 ratio than mass-market ghee.
Good things take time. Great ghee takes even longer — reserve yours before the churn runs dry.

Reserve This Batch on WhatsAppOur farm in Gajwel shelters more than 1000 indigenous cows. Their milk goes into every sweet we make, fresh, on demand, with nothing added. Not one drop is bought in.
Our ghee is churned the old kavvam way. Small batches, slow hands, generations of wisdom in every jar. We never expand to meet demand. Nature sets the pace. We just keep it.
Long before a logo was drawn or a jar was filled, the foundation of Golden Hump was being laid in Gajwel, Telangana.
We began with a simple need: to find pure ghee for a loved one during recovery. What followed was a journey through farms, suppliers and promises. We discovered a marketplace rich in stories, yet often distant from the source itself.
The more we searched, the clearer it became — if we wanted complete trust, we would have to build it ourselves.
We are proudly, unapologetically Telangana. Our cattle, methods, sweets, stories and traditions are deeply rooted in this land. We believe local heritage deserves a place on the global stage.
Appaalu, thin and blistered, fried golden in our own ghee. Some things are only good shared.

Milk is collected fresh from our own indigenous cows — Gir, Sahiwal, Punganur and more — raised on the farm we ourselves tend.
The fresh milk is set into curd overnight, given the time it needs to build the character our kavvam ghee is known for.
Curd is hand-churned the traditional kavvam way to slowly separate the makkhan, the butter, from the rest.
That butter is simmered over a gentle, controlled flame until the moisture lifts and the colour, aroma and flavour deepen.
Cooled, strained and jarred by hand — nothing added, nothing rushed, nothing skipped.
Gir · Sahiwal · Red Sindhi · Tharparkar · Rathi · Kankrej · Punganur
“I call each cow by name and guide the herd with care. My presence, old village songs and lifelong devotion make our farm feel like home.”
