A2 DESI BILONA GHEE

This is ghee made the way generations before us understood it—from milk, not cream. Every batch
begins at our Gajwel Gaushala and follows the traditional bilona process. Whole A2 milk is cultured
into curd, hand-churned, and slow-cooked over wood fire until it becomes liquid gold. Thirty litres of
milk become one litre of ghee, creating unmatched aroma, richness, and authenticity. Ingredients:
